INSURANCE & FINANCING
Dental Insurance in Winnipeg
If you have a dental insurance, our dental team will work with your coverage provider to ensure you get the maximum benefit. At our three dental practices, including Integral Dental, Ellice Dental, and Pearl Dental, we strongly recommend our new patients to bring in their dental insurance card during their first visit, helping our administration team to co-ordinate your benefits with the insurance company.
The certain portion of the fee that is not covered by your insurance plan is due as services are provided. If your plan does not allow you to assign the payment to our office, then the balance is due after each appointment. Our team will submit claims on your behalf when possible, and with most claims being submitted electronically, patients are often reimbursed by the insurance company directly within 3-4 working days.

Missed Appointments
At our dental practices in Winnipeg, we respect our patients’ time: your appointment time is dedicated to serve you. We provide a courtesy confirmation call to remind you about your appointment to avoid missed appointments and delayed treatement.
If you wish to cancel an appointment, please provide us with a minimum notice of two business days. This helps us to allow other patients awaiting treatment to be scheduled into the time slot reserved for you.
Policies
If there are any remaining balances that are not covered by your insurance company, you are required to make payment at the end of the appointment.
Balances owed are due within 30 days; otherwise 2% interest will be applied. If a personal cheque is returned due to insufficient funds, payment will be expected in cash and cheques will no longer be accepted.
